The project will be developed by EHC Maroc SA, a company owned by European Hotels Corporation Limited, Alliances Développement Immobilier of Morocco and majority shareholder Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), who is one of the largest and most diversified hospitality investment companies in the Middle East and Africa.

Architect

Didier Lefort is an experienced hotel architect, responsible for world-class developments from Portugal to Martinique. His firm has won a number of awards for its work, including the World Travel Award in 2004, the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2001, and the British Airways Award 2000, Tourism for Tomorrow.
